New Ford 2026 Ford Mustang for Sale in Oklahoma City, OK

2026 Ford Mustang for Sale in OKC | Bob Moore Ford
The seventh-gen Mustang enters its sophomore year after debuting a new direction for the storied nameplate. With the new year comes a healthy helping of extra features worth exploring. For 2026, a new FX package is available on the Mustang GT Premium. The visual package is reminiscent of the third-gen Fox-body Mustang, with a retro cabin, a throwback exterior and a couple new wheel designs. If you opt for the performance package instead, you’ll get Oxford White wheels like you’d find on the old Mustang Cobra. The performance package also adds white accents through the badging and grille, with optional white-out taillights and a silver-and-blue contrast interior. The Dark Horse gets a carbon fiber trim option as well, so there are plenty more flavors to the Mustang than there were last year. Of course, we’ll break down everything you need to know about the new Ford muscle car, from the Mustang 0-60 time to the powertrains. 2026 Ford Mustang Horsepower and Performance
The Mustang offers several powertrain options. Base models feature a 2.3-liter four-cylinder EcoBoost engine that produces 315 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque. If you want the classic Mustang experience, though, you need a V-8. These days, the Mustang gets a 5.0-liter V-8, cranking out 480 ponies and 415 lb-ft of twist. Power is delivered via an eight- or ten-speed automatic or a six-speed manual. The Dark Horse ratchets up power to 500 horsepower using the same engine, but it’s tuned for the track, with adaptive dampers, track-ready tires, and an optional handling package. All told, critics praise the Mustang for delivering better steering and feedback than in generations past. While the 0-to-60 time varies, the quickest Mustangs get there in about 3.7 seconds. All models do the deed in at least 4.5 seconds.

New Ford Mustang Trim Levels and Features
The Mustang still comes as a two-door coupe, unlike the four-door Mustang Mach-E. As you’d expect from a Ford classic, it’s available as a convertible or a hardtop. For 2026, there are six fastback and three convertible Mustangs to choose from:
| Trim Level: | MSRP: |
| 2026 Ford Mustang Ecoboost Fastback | $32,320 |
| 2026 Ford Mustang Ecoboost Premium Fastback | $36,345 |
| 2026 Ford Mustang GT Fastback | $46,560 |
| 2026 Ford Mustang GT Premium Fastback | $51,080 |
| 2026 Ford Mustang Dark Horse | $64,080 |
| 2026 Ford Mustang Premium Dark Horse | $69,075 |
| 2026 Ford Mustang Ecoboost Convertible | $40,120 |
| 2026 Ford Mustang Ecoboost Premium Convertible | $41,845 |
| 2026 Ford Mustang GT Premium Convertible | $56,580 |
The Mustang’s lineup is diverse, but easy to break down. Ecoboosts are equipped with the base powertrain, while the GT Fastback gets the base V-8, and the Dark Horse comes track-ready. We like premium models because they are a bit more comfortable for daily driving, adding heated and cooled seats, a heated steering wheel, dual-zone climate control, and plenty of additional amenities. 2026 Mustang Technology
The Mustang is all about performance, but an impressive suite of technology backs up that power. It has plenty of features to keep you safe, including standard features like adaptive cruise control, lane keeping, and optional active pothole mitigation. The interior features a pair of displays: a 12/4-inch display right behind the steering wheel and a 13.2-inch infotainment display. Of course, smartphone integration for Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and even Amazon Alexa comes standard. Most models come with a wireless phone charger and a helping of USB ports in the cabin.
