New Trim Option: Titanium Elite Model

Now in a brand new trim for the new model year, Ford debuts the 2019 Ford Edge Titanium Elite trim. This trim level, which starts at an MSRP of $30,990, is higher than the standard Titanium trim and below the range-topping ST trim.

This model comes standard with a 2.0L turbo inline-4 that can deliver up to 250 horsepower and an EPA-estimated 29 MPG highway. It also comes standard with forward collision warning, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, lane keep assist and automatic high beams.

New Engine Options

The new 2019 Ford Edge no longer offers a 3.5L V6 option, instead all models, except for the Edge ST, come standard with a 250-horsepower 2.0L turbo inline-4. These models can deliver an EPA-estimated 29 MPG highway with the standard front-wheel drive option.

The 2019 Ford Edge ST comes equipped with a 335-horsepower 2.7L twin turbo V6. The 2019 Ford Edge also swaps out its 6-speed automatic transmission for a new 8-speed automatic.

A Brand-New Look

Although the 2019 Ford Edge didn’t receive any major updates on the inside, besides a reconfigured console, it did have some changes to its overall look compared to the 2018 model.

One look at the 2018 and the 2019 Ford Edge side-by-side and you’ll notice the the new 2019 model has wider grille, a reshaped hood and new standard LED headlights.

These updates make the 2019 model look more aggressive by giving it a sleeker more athletic look.
