The 2024 Ford Escape will be offered in six trim options, including Active, Active, ST-Line, ST-Line Select, ST-Line Elite, Platinum, and PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid) option. Ford Escape ST-Line models will offer a sportier appearance with special styling for both interior and exterior. Ford Escape Performance & Capability

Although listed as a compact SUV, the 2024 Ford Escape offers plenty of power and capability throughout its powertrain options. The Active and ST-Line Ford Escape have a 1.5L EcoBoost® Engine Auto Start-Stop Technology that offers 180 horsepower and max towing capacity of 2,000 lbs. The ST-Line Select, ST-Line Elite and Platinum Ford Escape models will have an upgraded 2.0L EcoBoost® Engine with Auto Start-Stop Technology that offers a max towing capacity of 3,500 lbs when properly equipped with the Class II Trailer Tow Package. Both engines are paired with an 8-Speed Automatic Transmission and both front-wheel or all-wheel-drive options available. The Ford Escape PHEV has a Plug-in Hybrid 2.5L iVCT Atkinson-Cycle I-4 engine paired with a eCVT Hybrid/Plug-in Hybrid Transmission. The PHEV option offers drivers 101 combined MPGe and over 500 miles of total range. Standard Ford Escape models will have a fuel efficiency of 26/32/28 (City/Highway/Combined) MPG, making it perfect for commutes or road trips ahead.

On the inside, the Ford Escape welcomes riders with spacious seating and advanced technology. The Active and ST-Line Ford Escape models will have a SYNC® 4 with 8″ LCD Capacitive Touchscreen with standard navigation and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capabilities. ST-Line Elite, Platinum and PHEV Escape models will receive a larger, more inviting 13.2″ LCD Capacitive Touchscreen with the same navigation and smartphone connectivity.
